• Express Post: $14.95 flat rate | 1–3 business days

Same Day Collection: Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday are generally available for same-day collection. Orders placed after 2:00pm
will be available the following business day.

Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept
returns on eligible item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or
exchange. 

Items must be unused, unworn with original tags and
packaging attached

Return Costs

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs
associated with returning item(s) to American Needle AU Online Store.

We recommend using tracked postage as American Needle AU Online
Store cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

Please allow additional time after your refund has been
processed for your financial institution to complete the refund transaction.
